The theoretical foundations of the method are described, as well as its application for measuring deformations in mechanical structures and engineering equipment. The paper analyzes the key factors that have a significant influence on the accuracy of the measurements and the uncertainty budget. Typical errors that occur under specific conditions of operation of the method and concrete types of equipment are considered, such as recommendations are offered to minimize these errors. Particular attention is paid to the initial stage of using the stereophotogrammetric method for measuring large objects and deformations in mechanical engineering and industrial engineering. The main dependencies of the method are presented through the analysis of its constituent elements. According to the authors, this method has significant potential for future application in manufacturing processes. Purposes for continued research to improve the accuracy of the methods and expand their practical application have been determined. Numerical experiments are done for fiber laser and CuBr laser technological systems. Temperature fields are obtained for different values of power density, speed and two values of wavelength. The temperature dependence of the material parameters was reported. Graphs of temperature versus power density for three speeds and temperature vs. speed for three power densities are plotted. The study focuses on key factors, influencing the accuracy of the measurements, such as focus distance, base distance and paralax. The article makes an analisis how these parameters influence the space coordinates of the objects through the methods of error dispersement and offers ways of optimization of the measurement process. The results of the study shows, that the photogrammetric methodis reliable and effective tool for precise measurement of complex geometric shapes and constructions in theindustrial production. The system is based on the analysis of acoustic signals generated by the balance wheel of the watch and offers an innovative and affordable method to assess the dynamic accuracy of time in real conditions. The accuracy of a mechanical watch is an important parameter related to multiple factors such as oscillations, shocks and vibrations that affect its precise functioning. In this context, the developed system provides a readily applicable alternative to measure and improve the accuracy of watches using standard computational devices and acoustic analyses. The method is based on space measurements and observations, which provide high accuracy and precision in the deformation analyses in a three-dimentional space. A special focus is given on the applicability of the method with the usage of a easy-to-access equipment, such as digital cameras and personal computers, which makes it cost-effective and suitable for various engineering applications. The analyses of the results demonstrates, that the stereophotogrametry provides reliable measurements, as also allowes observation and evaluation of the defformations in real time. This paper presents an innovative non-contact method for assessing the accuracy of these components, based on optic-electronic signal processing principles. It offers superior precision in evaluating gear geometry, pitch, and profile. With recent advancements in gear manufacturing, there is a growing need for efficient and precise measurement methods to ensure optimal performance and durability. Traditional tactile methods and double-flank inspections have limitations, including potential subjective errors. This paper addresses these challenges by providing a comprehensive solution that not only enhances measurement accuracy but also sheds light on the relationship between production variables and gear precision. This study is significant for delivering high-precision gear assessments, revealing production-precision links, reducing subjective errors, highlighting automation potential, and contributing to the discourse on mechanical precision in gear-dependent industries. Drawing from foundational research in gear measurement, optic-electronic signal processing, and manufacturing automation, its primary aim was to determine if non-contact methods improve small-module gear measurement. This pivotal matter, if addressed rigorously, stands to elevate both the technical and economic dimensions of primary oil conduits. The article's central aim, underpinning its entire analytical discourse, is to accentuate the energy efficiency of pumping units operational within oil transport hubs. To achieve this, the research introduces an avant-garde methodology primed for the calibration of pumps' dynamics and their associated network functionalities, optimizing their consumption paradigms in the process. Given the tangible fiscal constraints around the modernization of both primary and auxiliary equipment within oil pumping stations, there emerges an even more pressing impetus to amplify the paradigm of energy conservation.
